RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are only permitted for sizing issues.
• Returns must be made within 7 working days of receiving your order.
• Items purchased during sales promotions are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returned items must be in their original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and
unaltered).
• Returns are allowed only once per order number.
• We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the stated conditions.
• Refunds will be issued as replacement items only; cash refunds are not allowed.
• You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please retain all proof of mailing until
you receive an acknowledgment from us.
